Terms & Conditions
By engaging Amron Digital ("we", "us", "our") for any service — whether through our website amrondigital.com, WhatsApp, email, or any other channel — you ("the client") confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
These terms apply to all services offered by Amron Digital including video editing, website design and development, social media management, logo design, and thumbnail design.
Amron Digital provides the following digital services:
- Video editing for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts (using CapCut and Adobe Premiere Pro)
- Website design and development (WordPress, React.js, and custom builds)
- Social media account management (Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok)
- Logo design and brand identity
- Thumbnail design for YouTube and social media platforms
The exact scope of services for each project will be agreed upon in writing before work begins. Any additional services requested beyond the agreed scope may be subject to additional charges.
All projects begin only after confirmation of the project brief and receipt of the agreed deposit or full payment (as applicable).
Estimated delivery timelines are provided at the start of each project. These timelines are based on the assumption that the client provides all required materials, content, and feedback promptly. Amron Digital is not responsible for delays caused by late client responses, missing content, or scope changes.
Rush delivery may be available upon request and may incur an additional fee.
All prices are quoted in USD unless otherwise stated. Pricing is confirmed in writing before any project commences.
- A deposit of 50% of the total project fee is required before work begins for most projects.
- The remaining balance is due upon project completion and before final files are delivered.
- For monthly retainer services (social media management), payment is due in advance at the start of each billing cycle.
- Invoices not paid within 7 days of the due date may result in work being paused until payment is received.
All payments are non-refundable once work has commenced, except as outlined in Section 9.
Each service package includes a set number of revision rounds as agreed at the start of the project. Revisions must be requested within 7 days of delivery.
- Revisions are limited to changes within the original agreed scope.
- Significant changes to the brief, concept, or direction after work has begun may be treated as a new project and priced accordingly.
- Additional revision rounds beyond what is included in your package are available at an agreed additional cost.
To ensure smooth project delivery, the client agrees to:
- Provide all required materials (footage, images, brand assets, login credentials, content) in a timely manner.
- Respond to queries, feedback requests, and approval requests within 3 business days.
- Ensure that all materials provided to Amron Digital are legally owned or licensed by the client and do not infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights.
- Provide accurate business information and project requirements at the outset.
Amron Digital accepts no liability for any issues arising from inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the client.
Upon receipt of full and final payment, all rights to the final deliverables are transferred to the client. Until full payment is received, all work remains the intellectual property of Amron Digital.
- Amron Digital retains the right to use any completed work in its portfolio, case studies, and promotional materials unless the client requests confidentiality in writing.
- The client warrants that all materials supplied to us (logos, images, video footage, text) are owned by them or they have the legal right to use them. Amron Digital accepts no liability for any copyright infringement arising from client-supplied materials.
- Source files and working project files remain the property of Amron Digital unless explicitly agreed otherwise.
Amron Digital respects the confidentiality of all client information. We will not disclose, share, or sell any client data, project details, or business information to third parties without explicit written consent.
If required, we are happy to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) before commencing any project. Please request this prior to sharing sensitive information.
We understand that circumstances change. Our cancellation policy is as follows:
- If a project is cancelled before work has begun, the deposit will be refunded in full.
- If a project is cancelled after work has commenced, the deposit is non-refundable. Any work completed up to the point of cancellation will be invoiced at a pro-rata rate.
- For monthly retainer services, cancellations must be submitted in writing at least 14 days before the next billing cycle. No refunds are issued for the current active month.
- Refunds are not issued for completed and delivered work that has been approved by the client.
Amron Digital will always strive to deliver the highest quality of work. However, we shall not be held liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of our services.
- Loss of revenue, followers, engagement, or business opportunities resulting from any delivered work.
- Third-party platform changes (e.g. social media algorithm updates, platform policy changes) that affect the performance of our work.
- Delays caused by the client's failure to provide materials, approvals, or feedback on time.
Our total liability to the client in any circumstance shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific project in question.
For social media management services, the following additional terms apply:
- The client grants Amron Digital access to their social media accounts solely for the purpose of content management and posting.
- Amron Digital will not use client account access for any purpose beyond the agreed services.
- The client is responsible for maintaining account security and should change passwords if access is revoked.
- Growth in followers and engagement is never guaranteed. Social media results depend on many factors including platform algorithms, niche, and audience behaviour.
- All content is subject to client approval before publishing unless the client has provided blanket approval.
Unless the client requests confidentiality in writing, Amron Digital reserves the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio, website, social media profiles, and marketing materials. This includes but is not limited to screenshots, video clips, and links to delivered work.
If you prefer your project to remain private, please notify us in writing before or at the start of the project and we will honour your request at no additional charge.
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes arising from or related to our services shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably. If unresolved, disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Pakistan.
For international clients, we endeavour to resolve all disputes fairly and professionally through direct communication before any formal process.
